Are returns free?

No, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it, but you, as the customer, are responsible for the costs and risks of returning it. You can choose your own carrier to return your order, or you can use the GLS returns service (reduced rate of €4.99 per package). Click here to create your GLS return label.

What return options do I have?

Within 30 days of receiving your product, you can bring the product to the store or return it to us.

Can I try out a golf trolley?

Yes, you can try out your product just like you would in a store. Don't like it? You can return it. Please note: it's important to return your product in its original condition and packaging. This way, we can make someone else happy with it. Please note: trying out a golf trolley on the course is not permitted.

I returned multiple products, why was only one refunded?

We process each product individually. Because of this, some products may be processed a little faster than others (even if you returned them in the same box). It's possible that you've already received a refund for one product, but not for another. In that case, please be patient for another two business days.

Do I have to return my product in the original packaging?

Yes, if you return your product within the satisfaction guarantee period. This way, we can make someone else happy with it. If you no longer have the original packaging or it is damaged, we will determine the potential reduction in value based on the condition of your product and the packaging. Please note that the original packaging must not contain any tape, labels, or other elements that could affect its original packaging.

How should I pack my product for return?

Please use sturdy packaging, preferably the original. This minimizes the risk of damage and allows us to potentially make someone else happy. Don't have the original packaging? No problem! We'll inspect the condition of your returned product and determine any potential reduction in value based on that.

You can ship your packaged product in a sturdy box that you close properly.

Packaged your product? Print your shipping label and stick it on the box. You can create one yourself at a local delivery location, or use our GLS returns service.

Tip: Don't have a printer or can't find a suitable box? Then visit one of our stores. Simply bring your product in the original packaging.

Where and when can I find my shipping label?

If you use the GLS returns service, we'll email you your shipping label within two hours of registering your return. Have the barcode in the email scanned at a GLS point or print it out and stick it on the box.
