You can place an order at Golftrolley123 as a guest or with a personal customer account. Having a personal account offers several advantages. With a personal customer account, you always have insight into your orders, returns, and past purchases. You can also, if desired, maintain a wish list to save items you don't want to order right away. Once you've placed an order, you can track its status through your account. We'll ensure the status is always up-to-date.
You can pay for your purchases directly online or during in-store collection.
You can pay online with:
- iDEAL
- credit card (Visa or Mastercard)
- Apple Pay
- Golftrolley123 gift cards
Or choose “pay in store” during checkout if you come to collect your order from our store.
In our store you can pay with:
- your debit card
- cash (up to an amount of €2,999)
- Golftrolley123 gift cards
You cannot pay for your order in installments or upon delivery at the door.

Sometimes the email ends up in your spam box. If it's not there, then the email is delayed or your payment has failed. Check if money has been debited from your account or if there's a hold on your credit card.

Due to high demand, confirmations may sometimes be sent later. Please wait an hour. If you haven't received a confirmation after this, please contact our customer service.
Has no money been debited?
Then your order has failed and you can place it again. You don't have to worry about receiving two orders. We don't ship orders without successful payments.
Once we've shipped your order, you'll find your invoice attached to your shipping confirmation email. You can also download your invoices from your order overview. To do so, click on your order in your customer account. Make sure you're logged in to the correct account to view your invoices.
Just placed your order? Then please wait until it's shipped. You'll then receive the invoice in your shipping confirmation.

Once we've processed your return, we aim to refund you within 3 business days. The time it takes to receive the money depends on your payment method.
You may receive your refund in multiple installments. This could be due to several reasons:
1. You paid the amount or part of it with a gift card or voucher. You will then receive that amount back as store credit.
2. You exchanged one product for another. In that case, we will refund the purchase price of the first product to the payment method you used initially. If you paid extra for the replacement product, you will receive a separate refund for the remaining amount.
3. You've returned multiple products. It's possible that one product was processed a little faster than another. As a result, you've received a refund for one product, but not for the other. In that case, please be patient.
Did you pay in cash?
If you return an item to our store, we'll refund up to €50 in cash. Any amount above €50 will be refunded to your account.
We will refund you via the payment method you used.
There are 2 exceptions:
- If you paid with a gift card, you will receive the money back as Golftrolley123 Credit in your account.
- You paid cash for an amount exceeding €50. You'll receive €50* back in cash at the store. We'll refund the remaining amount to your account.
Sometimes our administration is busy, so it may take a little longer. If you haven't received your payment after 7 business days, please contact our customer service.
Yes, you can pay cash in our store up to €2,999. Order online and select "pay in store" or visit us to place your order.
No, unfortunately, you can't order on account. Please contact our customer service if you have any questions about this.
No, you cannot pay in installments at Golftrolley123.
There are currently no (general) discount codes active on Golftrolley123. If you received a (personal) discount code from us by email, you can redeem it in your shopping cart (provided the conditions are met).
A Golftrolley123 gift card is valid for two years from the date of purchase. You can find the exact expiration date on the gift card itself or in the email with your personal gift card code.
